Conferlink Event Pass is a pre-registration productivity tool that provides users with an easier and quicker way to join a conference.

More event planners are recognising the benefits of using a pre-registration tool to set up large conferencing events.

Telstra’s Conferlink Event Pass gathers important customer information prior to the meeting and uses that information to simplify and improve the customer experience when they join the meeting.

Benefits of Conferlink Event Pass:

Collect valuable guest information such as job title, email address, contact number and permission to contact. This information can be used for future sales campaigns or marketing events.
Utilise a pre-conference report to see the number of guests that has accepted and determine if you need to increase awareness and marketing of the event.
Guests who joined using their PIN will be visible on your call with their name and company in the same way as callers, who were joined by a conference operator.
If the date, time or any other details change, you have a list of registrants you can update by email or phone.
